Class 9 Kick‑Start Their Cricket Journey with Throwing and Catching Skills
Class 9 had an amazing time this week at St Joseph’s Catholic Academy in Norton, working with our new cricket coach. Their session focused on developing key throwing and catching skills through a series of fun, fast‑paced activities. The children practised rolling, bouncing, and underarm throws, as well as positioning themselves for close and deep catches. They also worked together in small groups as fielding teams, showcasing teamwork, quick reactions, and real enthusiasm.
