Growing a Rainbow!

In KS1 Science Club, our young scientists kicked off the week with a colourful experiment — growing their very own rainbow! The children were fascinated as they watched colours slowly spread, blend and travel, discovering how liquids move and interact. It was a brilliant hands‑on way to bring science to life.

Becoming Mini‑Beast Explorers

This week, our scientists grabbed their magnifying glasses and headed outdoors for a mini‑beast hunt around the school grounds. The children explored different habitats, carefully searching for tiny creatures and learning about where they live and why those environments help them survive.

They found a variety of insects and were full of thoughtful observations, brilliant questions and plenty of excitement!

Curiosity, Enthusiasm and Teamwork

It has been wonderful to watch our KS1 pupils show such enthusiasm, curiosity and collaborative spirit. Their love of discovery is inspiring, and we are already excited for our next Science Club adventure.
